How Much is a Trip?

On average, a trip would cost RM200 based on distance traveled, equipment used by staff and number of staff involved. Contact us to get an accurate cost estimation.

How Do I Schedule a Trip?

To Schedule a Trip, You must first request a quote of which once payment is made, You can proceed to our online scheduling tool to reserve your dates and times. If you require further assistance in this, feel free to give us a call for assistance.

When should I book my trip?

We recommend scheduling trips as earlier as possible to ensure that our booking schedule is not filled for the day of the appointment however scheduling must be made a minimum of 72 hours from day of the appointment.

How Do I Make Payment?

We accept Cash which can be paid directly to our staff OR payment can be made  via Paypal, Credit Card & Direct Bank Transfers.

 

Can I Reschedule My Trip?

Yes, you may reschedule your booking within 48 hours of the date of the Trip. To reschedule, simply visit our online Scheduling Dashboard. Click Here

Is This an Ambulance?

Our Transportation unit does not serve the purpose of an Ambulance.  Our core service is the provision of Transportation for Medical Purposes like Hospital Appointments, Therapy Sessions & etc
We work with select ambulance partners to cater to for such needs and will assist in referring you to the appropriate services.
